BMC Prestige Builders Pty Ltd has been established for over 25 years and our focus is on the Insurance Industry where our reputation for strong communication between your company, your client and ourselves is outstanding.

BMC is a privately owned and operated company. Mr George Pavlis is the full-time Managing Director of the company and is involved in the day-to-day operations of every aspect of the company’s work. BMC has access to all trades - no job is too big or too small and each is carried out with close attention to detail to ensure satisfaction for all parties concerned.

BMC has carried out extensive reinstatement works to a significant number of hail damaged premises from the 1999, 2007, 2018, 2019 & the 2020 hailstorms. This work included total refurbishment of homes from roofs, to wall and ceiling linings, electrical, plumbing, ornate ceilings, decorative plaster work, decorative painting, timber flooring etc.

The company also has carried out various building and maintenance works for Body Corporate Services, Facilities Management companies and other property management companies. We have also carried out a significant number of school fit-outs including science rooms at Nepean High School, office work stations at Glenmore Park High School and extensive renovation works for Blacktown Hospital. Other work has included refurbishment/fit-out for James Hardie Industries, Germainscher Lloyd (Aust) Pty Ltd and other corporate companies.

BMC have carried out Insurance reinstatement works for numerous Insurance Companies either via loss adjustors or directly from the insurance companies themselves.

BMC is a member of the Master Builders Association NSW & the Housing Industry Association.
